Description
September 19 is the Name Day of Charles from Shinsei no Shinju and, since he's going to be the Shonen Academy's official Silent Communication Instructor. Simply put, he'll put his knowledge about the language of the mute to use within the Shonen Academy.
His uniform is technically based off of a traditional Japanese bride with a morning glory motif; in other words, its overall color scheme is light blue and white. In addition to the outfit, he'll also don morning glory blue nail polish and eye makeup (only when he wears this uniform. Underneath the wataboshi (the white bridal hood), he adorns a morning glory kanzashi (hair ornament) on the right side of his head. I guess morning glories will be a recurring motif among Charles. Ironically, morning glory kanzashi are worn during August. Oh well...
