A whole year has passed since the previous Consul Wars and peace within Consultania has finally returned but only for a short while. Deep within the Consul War battlegrounds, a new enemy rises and announces the New Consul Wars, prompting Consultania's greatest heroes (and anti-heroes) to band together and take down the unexpected visitor. Little did the Consuls know that their greatest adversary might actually be more unexpected than they thought.

Megumi's alternate outfit. It's a typical school uniform that consists of a black blazer, blue and teal dress pants, black and white loafers, and a white undershirt. Being the poseur he is, Megumi also has brown hair with this look.

The consul of Atoragoku. When Bacharu Amutsu couldn’t attend the New Consul Wars due to work overload, he enlisted Megumi Tenno, an average plainsclothesman, to assist his best friend Gamin Spieler in bringing Konton to justice. Always living in drunken fantasies, Megumi is a proud otaku who spends his entire life reading manga, watching anime, and playing online interactive dating sims; when on the streets, he often makes lousy attempts to attract women and ironically gets flooded with women regardless. A bit of a poseur, he likes to change his looks and personalities and occasionally shows off about his Demonslayer, a plastic longsword he bought at an annual convention. Though they enjoy each other’s company, Gamin finds Megumi’s excessive talk quite boring and uncomfortable.
