See those red eyes and jade earrings? That means these boys can only be one thing: dragons! More specifically, the Kowloon Kids are Eastern dragons; you know, the snakelike ones that breather smoke and control the weather. They're a unique combination of Chinese aesthetics and the English language, making them one of the few Eastern Shonen Academy teams with English-speaking members. Although they're collectively called sons, they're not actually related (with the exception of two of them).

Every so often, the Kowloon Kids wear simpler clothes to help them blend in with the human crowd; some still prefer more noble garbs. Chaofeng wears a short red Mandarin top with gold and black accents, black and pink sports tights, red kung fu shoes, and a gold arm ribbon.

The younger of two sons of a planter, Chaofeng would rather graze in the pasture or go on a crazy adventure than work in the fields with his more stern and uptight older twin Chiwen; however, when he feels the need arises, he’ll actually tend to the crops. His thirst for excitement and danger always put him and his brother in results that usually end up awkward, much to Chiwen’s dismay. The only thing these two dragons have in common is their interest in urban and street culture; Chaofeng likes the mannerisms.
